The on-line booking procedure requires a credit card as a guarantee for the reservation. Payment is due at check-out time.

Children

All children aged less than 6 can sleep in their parents' room at no charge. All children aged between 6 and 12 enjoy a 50% discount on the ordinary rate. Children past the age of 12 are considered to be adults and should be included in the total number of adults when booking on-line.

Small pets are welcome in our hotels.

The hotel may check the validity of your credit card before your arrival by requesting the authorization to the relevant circuit.

Cancellation

Cancellations up to 3 days before the expected arrival day are free of charge.
Late cancellations and no-shows imply a charge to your credit card of an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night.
