Piazza Venezia is the geometrical centre of the city where the main streets meet: via del Corso, via dei Fori Imperiali, via Nazionale, via del Teatro Marcello and via Vittorio Emanuele II. The outer limits of the piazza are drawn by Palazzo Venezia, Palazzo Bonaparte, Palazzo delle Generali and the imposing white mass of the monument to Vittorio Emanuele II. Piazza Venezia can be easily accessed by getting down at the Colosseo stop of subway line B and thereafter walking through all of Via dei Fori Imperiali. The following buses will also take you to Piazza Veneza: 64 (from the Termini station), 40, 63, 70, 75, 81, 87, 95, 160, 170, 204, 628, 630, 716.
Alternatively, you can get off at the Spagna station of subway line A, walk down via Condotti and turn to the left on Via del Corso until reaching the piazza.
